Physical exercise is good for our health. During the winter holiday, I had a wonderful experience with a lot of exercise. In the afternoons, I went to do exercises with my father and my friends frequently. I enjoyed the feeling of dropping sweat. I had a good time jogging with my father. Although he was older than me, he still kept running for about 5 laps with me. I could control my breath freely and when I was jogging, I could even hear the sound of my breath. After jogging, I felt happy and entirely free from worry. Sometimes, I played basketball with my friends or neighbors. We grouped ourselves as couple teams to take part in the game. I learned that how important the team spirit was when we played basketball. No individual hero, everyone needed to put all their efforts into the game to achieve success. Passing the ball, jumping shoot and getting points. From these, we could trust each other their basketball skills on the court. Also, those made me feel the love of brotherhood and neighborhood. As one of my hobbies, rope skipping was my favorite. I loved rope skipping, it only took a small space and I could do it on my own. I always skipped for 100 as a group and 10 groups one time.

I learned a lot from these physical activities in the 10 hours. When I jogged or skipped, the only thing we needed to do is to keep doing and doing. However, it even became quite difficult after you have kept jogging for 5 laps or skipping for hundreds. I encouraged myself and told myself that I should be full of confidence and strength to do it. No matter win or lose, as an athlete, not giving up easily may be one of the most important spirits. From these two sports, I was aware the meaning of life. Just like jogging and skipping, we need to face every difficulty and persist in working hard so that we can enjoy our colorful life and feel the happiness of success. The meaning I can learn from playing basketball is different from that from jogging and skipping. Not only need to try our best, but to fight together as a team as well. We cooperated well with each other on the court. I learned that team spirit was the most important thing when we were playing. We passed the ball to our teammate not only because we trust each other but also we know that only if we played as a team could achieve the success. We could feel that we were not alone in the game. There was a famous brand word saying,” Team is five!”

Also, in our life, I learned that whatever I am facing, I must keep trying my best to achieve the success. When we meet the difficulty or struggle in our life, we must persist in our belief and fight to the last second until the success. From the basketball court, I learned the importance of team spirit. In the next term, even in my career, when I work with others to do the team work such as Happy Trash and Christmas Song, I must keep this meaning firmly in my mind. Only if we worked as a good team, our power can be united together in order to take the peak. After these 10 hours physical activities, I felt healthier than before, even my belly was much better. I could feel that I was becoming stronger and active in doing sport. That was what I want when starting exercising.

My personal fitness goals was to train my perseverance by jogging and I want to improve my ability of jumping by skipping so I could become more powerful in the basketball court. I could be better in dribbling the ball. Also, I wish skipping and playing basketball would help me become a little bit taller.
